Since 2003, Event Ticketing Software Benelux has partnered with Orbit One for the development of technical add-ons related to the Toptix SRO ticketing and CRM solution.
- Credit Card modules: process credit card payments from the box office (SRO) as well as online (eSRO).
- Data validation: validation algorithms for bank account numbers, structured codes, credit card numbers, and more.
- Automation of the bank transfer payment method for customers in Belgium by printing directly on pre-printed bank transfer paper using a structured code and integrated with Isabel Business Suite.
- Automation of the Acceptgiro payment method in the Netherlands by printing directly on pre-printed Acceptgiro paper. The report template has been approved by Interpay Nederland.
- Automation of the authorised direct debit payment method. The user can choose to process transactions either manually by exporting a CLIEOP data file or fully automatically by using Ogone Payment Partner.
- Address validation and completion: integrated with the SRO CRM modules. Faster and more accurate address entry by linking external databases, such as the Dutch PPT database or the Belgian Vicindo Roadkit.
