Glass for Europe partnered with Eamonn Bates Public Affairs to optimise their public image, message and press relations.
This resulted in the new name "Glass for Europe" as well as in a new programme to communicate more effectively with those who influence the business environment. The programme explains what the glass manufacturers have to offer and what policy-makers can do to ensure that this important industry achieves its full potential in Europe.
Orbit One has developed the association’s information website and members' extranet:

- Members' extranet: This is where the association’s documents are stored and discussed, its meetings planned, and its work recorded.
Information is organised along two dimensions: the different groupings (Committees, Task Forces, etc.) and the different issues or topics that the association is working on.
